+ Do I need to schedule an appointment to try on wedding dresses?
-Appointments are highly recommended, we want every customer to have an amazing shopping experience, which means having a designated dressing room and an expert consultant assigned to each appointment.
+ How long is my appointment?
Appointments are for an hour and a half for bridal, one hour for bridesmaids & mothers, accessory appointments are for thirty minutes.
+ How many months before the wedding date should gowns be ordered?
Wedding gowns can take up to six months, bridesmaids & mothers can take up to 5 months & bridal accessories can take up to three months to come in. Galleria Gowns requires at least three months for alterations. Bridal gowns should be ordered nine months before the wedding day, mothers and bridesmaids should order seven months before.
+ Who should I bring with me to the appointment?
We recommend bringing 1-3 close adult family members and/or friends with you. Larger parties and children can confuse and veer the special appointment not only for their bride but other brides as well. We do offer seating for up to five guests per party, keeping in mind we are a boutique and space is limited.
+ Is food and drink allowed in the showroom?
To maintain a clean professional showroom all beverages and food are prohibited in the showroom, bottles water is allowed.
+ What is the price range of your gowns?
Our designer gowns range from $800-$4,000. Our average gown is $1,500-$1,700.
+ Do you offer alterations and professional pressing?
Yes, we perform all of our alterations and pressing in house by a highly skilled and educated seamstresses and in house designer! Alteration fittings are done by appointment only on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays.
+ Do you store my dress?
Yes, we offer complimentary storage of gowns and accessories until the wedding date
+ What sample sizes do you carry in store?
Galleria Gowns offers a large selection of sizes from 4-24 in store and our designers carry sizes 0-28/32 to be ordered.
